I assist medium and large companies in the management of human resources, assisting them both in restructuring and development processes. I deal with trade union relations, management and application of labour regulations as well as revisions of internal processes. I act as Technical Consultant for some Courts in the Triveneto area with assignments in Padua, Treviso, Vicenza, Rovigo, Udine and Pordenone. I am the scientific coordinator of labour law training promoted by important bodies in the sector.

I deal with personnel management, trade union relations and welfare processes, with a concrete and direct approach to the daily problems of the HR division. I have gained significant experience in the sectors of large-scale retailing, logistics and national and multinational industrial companies. I like to put myself in the game every day finding solutions to complex problems. I enjoy training and I am a representative of some companies in the sector.
