Work Consultant

The candidate must have communication skills, autonomy, precision and the ability to organise the activity autonomously.

Preference is given to previous experience in the role in medium/large professional firms or in companies with personnel/human resources functions.

The ability to work by objectives and the propensity for study and professional updating are necessary.

Requirements: age 25-40, knowledge of English and the main IT tools. Enrolment in the Register of Employment Consultants is an advantage.

Payroll Specialist

The candidate must possess team spirit and strong communication skills, autonomy and precision.

The selected resource will take care of:

Placement practices
Attendance and event control, employee and administrator payroll processing
Monthly processing and checks (Uniemens, F24, etc.).
Annual processing (CU, INAIL self-liquidation, model 770)
Year-end processing: t.f.r. calculation of advance and balance of substitute tax, IRAP, sector studies
Ordinary advice to clients on labour law matters
Preparation of post-payroll reporting: costing files, personnel accounting, tax and contribution balancing

Requirements:

Age 25-40 years
At least five years' experience in the role at Professional Labour Consultancy Firms
knowledge of the main collective agreements and personnel administration regulations
Excellent interpersonal skills, rigour, precision, willingness to deepen and work on several clients at the same time
Mastery of the Office package

CdL Practitioner

The candidate must have team spirit, flexibility and willingness to learn organisational methods and processes.

The ability to work by objectives and the propensity for study and professional updating are necessary.

A Scholarship is granted on the basis of the internship path and the degree of autonomy.

Requirements: Degree in Labour Consultancy or similar, knowledge of English language and main IT tools.
